Common items provided at no extra charge: Garbage bags, dish soap for washing dishes, paper towels, toilet paper for the shared bathroom when there are 2 or more people sharing
Complimentary beverages: Filtered water via the Brita-like pitcher
Access to a coffee maker coming soon! (you have to provide your own coffee)
Generally, a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning is provided when there are 3 or more occupants. Monthly cleaning when there are only 2 people in the house.
